The tolerance of the key mating surface is controlled within ± 0.01mm. The Spindle Cone Assembly includes 23 precision components such as the main shaft, cone liner, thrust bearing seat, etc. It makes the cylinder cone crusher achieves interference fit through hot fitting technology and is equipped with a laser calibration system to ensure concentricity error is less than 0.005mm.
Strictly implement the ISO 9001 quality system during the manufacturing process of the cylinder cone crusher, and use a coordinate measuring instrument to conduct the three stage of cylinder cone crusher inspections on 12 key parameters such as the flatness of the cone base and the perpendicularity of the main axis. The surface of the finished product has undergone carburizing and quenching treatment, with a surface hardness of HRC62-64, and has passed a 48 hour continuous no-load test run. The packaging of the Assembly is made of steel.
The Spindle Cone Assembly will be transported in a 40 foot high container through Shanghai Port and is expected to arrive at the destination port in 30 days. Accompanying the goods are ASME certified quality documents, installation positioning drawings, and 3D scanning inspection reports.
